We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the regional sales and marketing strategy across two branded hotels within our portfolio. This is a high-visibility, senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for driving revenue growth, market share, and brand performance across both properties.
A key priority will be the commercial launch of new meetings and events facilities at both hotels in 2026, requiring strong strategic planning, market positioning, and senior-level stakeholder engagement.
Key Sales and Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver the regional sales and marketing strategy across both hotels
- Drive corporate, group, and meetings business through proactive sales leadership
- Own key account relationships at local, regional, and national level
- Lead the end-to-end commercialisation of new meeting and events spaces
- Work closely with Revenue and brand teams to align pricing, demand, and distribution
- Act as a senior commercial partner to both General Managers
