With multiple events often running simultaneously, you’ll play a critical part in making sure everything required is accurate, complete, on time, and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex logistics across multiple concurrent events, maintaining accuracy under pressure.
  • Coordinate closely with multiple Event Managers to ensure all event requirements are fulfilled seamlessly.
  • Plan resources effectively, including scheduling warehouse staff and additional support where required.
  • Maintain exceptional quality control standards for all items leaving and returning to the warehouse.

Stock & Systems Management

  • Take ownership of stock control and asset management processes.
  • Work with existing internal systems (currently Excel-based) while leading the implementation of a new, more advanced stock management solution (e.g. barcode system).
  • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and availability of all equipment.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, motivate, and grow a small but expanding warehouse team, including Warehouse Assistants and casual staff.
  • Develop efficient workflows and improve operational processes.

  • Participate in regular planning meetings to align on upcoming schedules and requirements.
  • Follow and enhance existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), adapting them as the business grows.
  • Contribute to the transition into a new warehouse facility planned for 2027, bringing warehouse and office teams together under one roof.

  • Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or events operations (catering or hospitality experience desirable).
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
