Events Manager – Luxury Bespoke Catering

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Paid Overtime Full Time/Hybrid Central London Location Reporting to Head of Events Are you an experienced Events Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional experiences?

We're looking for a passionate, hands‑on Events Manager to join a leading bespoke catering company renowned for delivering unforgettable events across some of the UK's most prestigious venues.

From historic landmarks and iconic event spaces to intimate private venues, no two days are the same.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the action.

You'll take ownership of every stage of the event journey, working closely with clients, venue teams, chefs and front‑of‑house staff to ensure every detail is delivered flawlessly.

The Role You'll manage the end‑to‑end planning and delivery of an exciting portfolio of luxury corporate and private events, including: VIP dinners Fashion events and brand activations Product launches Exclusive private celebrations Corporate hospitality events From initial enquiry and proposal through to production planning and on‑site delivery, you'll be responsible for creating seamless, memorable experiences for every client.

What You'll Be Doing Managing the complete event lifecycle from enquiry through to flawless execution.

Building strong relationships with current & new clients and delivering bespoke event proposals.

Leading events on‑site, coordinating large front‑of‑house teams, venue managers and back‑of‑house operations.

Producing detailed event schedules, floorplans and guest journeys.

Designing bespoke event collateral, menus and floorplans using Canva and Spazious.

Working closely with preferred AV and production partners to create tailored technical solutions.

Managing budgets, contracts, deposits and invoicing with exceptional attention to detail.

Ensuring outstanding service standards while identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and repeat business.

Acting as the key point of contact for clients throughout the planning process and on event day.

About You You'll be an experienced Events Manager with a background in luxury catering, hospitality or premium events who enjoys balancing meticulous planning with hands‑on event delivery.

You'll bring: Proven experience managing high‑end corporate and private events.

Excellent organisational and project management skills.

Confidence leading large operational teams in fast‑paced environments.

Outstanding communication and client relationship skills.

Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.

Experience using event planning software such as Spazious, alongside Canva.

The flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
