We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join a busy and friendly production kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for pastry and baking who is also confident driving when required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the pastry and kitchen team with daily preparation
- Supporting with basic pastry production and packing
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
- Helping with deliveries and transporting products when needed
- Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen assistant or pastry experience preferred
- Interest or experience in pastry production
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
Certifications Preferred:
- Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
- Allergens Certificate
- Health & Safety Level 2
