We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join the acclaimed team at a luxury 5 star hotel situated in the stunning Scottish Borders, offering a fantastic working environment within one of Scotland’s most prestigious hospitality venues.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will work within the pastry section, producing high quality dishes and desserts consistently to the standards expected of a 5 star operation. The Pastry Chef de Partie will play a key role in maintaining the culinary standards across all food outlets within the property.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will take responsibility for your section, ensuring cleanliness, organisation and full food safety compliance at all times. The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional pastry and dessert work.
The Pastry Chef de Partie will also support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a positive and high performing kitchen culture. Salary is based on experience. No sponsorship available.
