We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a luxury 5 star hotel set within the scenic Scottish Borders, offering a fantastic working environment within one of Scotland’s most prestigious hospitality venues.
As Chef de Partie you will work across a variety of kitchen sections, producing exceptional dishes consistently to the high standards expected of a 5 star operation. The Chef de Partie will be a key contributor to maintaining culinary excellence across all food outlets within the property.
As Chef de Partie you will take full ownership of your section, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety compliance at all times. The ideal Chef de Partie will be passionate, driven and committed to delivering outstanding food in a luxury environment.
The Chef de Partie will also play an active role in supporting and developing junior members of the kitchen team, helping to foster a strong and positive kitchen culture.
Salary is based on experience.
