We are currently seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to join an established independent hotel following a significant recent investment programme. This General Manager position is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hotel professional looking to take ownership of a growing business. The successful General Manager will lead a well-positioned 100+ bedroom property into its next phase of growth and success. As General Manager, you will play a key role in driving commercial performance, operational standards and guest satisfaction across the entire hotel operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of a 100+ bedroom independent hotel
- Drive overall financial performance and profitability
- Manage revenue, occupancy, ADR and overall hotel performance
