The role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the school kitchen, leading a small team and ensuring fresh, nutritious meals are prepared and served to a high standard.
Essential requirements
- Previous school / education catering experience is essential
- Enhanced DBS is essential
- Previous kitchen management or supervisory experience
- Strong food safety and allergen knowledge
- Confident with ordering, stock control and kitchen administration
- Reliable, organised and able to lead a small team
