This is a very prestigious venue, seeking a Head Chef to work under the Executive Chef at a 3 AA Rosette venue. You will manage up to 200 covers a day over two restaurants, one fine dining and one casual dining.
You will have the knowledge and skills in creating dishes and menus to a 3 or 4 AA Rosette level, with great flair and passion for your art. You will be a Head Chef who can inspire and lead a team, enjoy training and developing them, and be a people person with focus on both your team and the guests.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for running the kitchen, controlling costs, and maintaining Health and Safety and Food Safety standards. You will have a flexible attitude and a desire to help the business grow. It is very important that you have the fine dining experience we need.
We are open to helping you relocate. Salary is dependent on experience.
