We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to deliver impactful marketing activity at the hotel. You must be a Marketing Manager with 5 star luxury experience, this is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, print, and partnership channels.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing activity, including website content, SEO, social media, CRM, and email marketing.
  • Create engaging, on-brand content tailored to the hotel's audience and tone of voice.
  • Oversee and coordinate with external agencies (PR, digital, design, social media, and photography) to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and produce regular reports with recommendations.
  • Maintain consistent brand presentation across all channels and guest touchpoints.
  • Manage assigned marketing budgets, ensuring effective spend and ROI.
  • Support sales, events, and revenue teams with promotional activity and marketing collateral.
  • Spend time on-property to align marketing with guest experience and local market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, tourism, or luxury brands.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, social media, CRM, PR and email campaigns.
  • Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple projects across different locations.
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experienced in using marketing analytics tools to measure performance and guide decisions.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between properties.

Salary is dependent on experience. No sponsorship is available for this role.
