We are recruiting a Bar Manager with a strong focus on mixology for this prestigious 5 star hotel in the Glasgow area. You will be a Bar Manager who has come from a luxury background and understands Forbes standards. You will be a highly skilled and hands-on Bar Manager / Head Mixologist to lead our bar offering, shaping a refined and memorable beverage experience that complements our wider food and beverage operation.

This is a key operational leadership role for someone who is as comfortable creating exceptional cocktail menus as they are leading service from the floor. You will take ownership of our newly refurbished bar spaces, driving standards, developing your team, and embedding a culture of excellence and professionalism.
