We seek an Assistant Manager for a very busy branded restaurant in Glasgow city centre. You will be someone who comes from a branded restaurant background and is used to working in high volume. You will be an Assistant Manager with experience in a similar environment. As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager and work closely with the kitchen. You will be an Assistant Manager who is good with managing and developing a team.
As Assistant Manager you will uphold the high standards that the company is known for. You will have a passion for delivering good service and injecting an energy into the restaurant team. You will be passionate about helping your team grow and support them in training.
