We are looking for an Executive Chef for this 1 AA Rosette gastro pub just outside of Hull.
It is important that you cook to a 1 or 2 AA Rosette standard as minimum to be considered.
As Executive Chef, you will ensure all menus are costed and make profit, cutting down on wastage and with intelligent purchasing, while producing excellent quality food.
You will champion local produce and all food cooked is fresh.
You will ensure all compliance of Food Safety, Allergens, Due Diligence, HACCP and Health and Safety and to maintain the EHO 5 star rating.
As Executive Chef you will lead from the front in all of these areas.
As Executive Chef you will train and develop the team to ensure everyone performs at their best and you keep staff retention low.
You will be an Executive Chef who is approachable and has a good relationship with the Manager and the front of house.
