Berkeley Scott is currently recruiting experienced Chef de Partie professionals for ongoing hotel agency work across premium hotel and hospitality clients. We are looking for a dependable Chef de Partie who is confident working in fast-paced, high-volume hotel kitchens. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Chef de Partie seeking consistent agency shifts, competitive hourly pay, and the flexibility that comes with agency work.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be placed into a variety of hotel kitchens supporting banqueting, restaurant service, and events. Each Chef de Partie will be expected to maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service under pressure. A successful Chef de Partie will be able to step into different sections of the kitchen and hit the ground running, ensuring smooth service at all times. Every Chef de Partie representing Berkeley Scott will be expected to deliver professionalism and consistency.

Pay & Benefits

  • £15.50 – £17.50 per hour (depending on experience and client)
  • Regular hotel placements
  • Flexible agency work for experienced Chef de Partie
  • Straight shifts only – no split shifts
  • Shift times: 10:00 – 22:00

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Food Safety Level 2 certificate required
  • Food allergen certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous hotel or banqueting experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Own transport preferred due to multiple hotel locations
