We are looking for an experienced Head Sommelier for this fine dining restaurant with rooms in the Snowdonia region. You must have knowledge and experience of 2 AA Rosettes.
As Head Sommelier you will be in charge of all wines and drinks lists within the restaurant. You will have a genuine passion for world wines and spirits.
It is important for the Head Sommelier to have WSET Level 3 and/or Court of Master Sommeliers. You must be good with people and can train and develop your team.
As Head Sommelier you will demonstrate excellent guest service and be knowledgeable with the guests on wine choices. You will support the running of the restaurant and the Restaurant Manager.
