Head Chef to lead the culinary offering at one of London's most excitinghospitality-led, brand experience spaces
Working alongside an acclaimed Michelin-starred consultant, you will take ownership of a refined, ingredient-led kitchen, delivering exceptional dining experiences for an exclusive private audience.
The Opportunity
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading a compact, high-performing kitchen team while shaping a seasonal and innovative food offering that reflects the venue and brands luxury positioning.
This role offers significant creative input, operational responsibility, and the opportunity to be part of a landmark opening from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of 5-6 kitchen professionals.
- Develop and deliver seasonal, premium-quality menus.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality and presentation.
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including stock control, labour management and cost efficiencies.
- Drive a positive team culture focused on excellence, development and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and health & safety standards.
About You
- Previous experience as a Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef within a luxury, premium or Michelin-standard environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing successful kitchen teams.
- Passion for high-quality, seasonal ingredients and modern dining concepts.
- Commercially aware with excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and cost control.
- Able to thrive within a fast-paced, high-expectation hospitality environment.
Package
• Salary
- £55,000 per annum
