About the Role

Berkeley Scott is looking for an experienced Chef Manager to work across a range of catering and hospitality sites throughout Leicester and the surrounding areas. As a Chef Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring clients receive a first‑class catering experience.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Food Safety Level 2 Certificate
  • Food Allergen Awareness Certificate
  • Previous experience as a Chef Manager within a high‑volume catering environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A professional, reliable, and proactive approach
  • Own transport is preferred due to travel between multiple client sites
