Temporary Chef de Partie (CDP) in contract means working at a variety of client sites (corporate offices, events, colleges and venues). The role focuses on providing essential support to the kitchen team.

What the role involves:

  • Locations: Corporate Buildings, Events, In-House / Contract Catering sites.
  • Duties: Cooking specific sections, the ability to work as part of a team in diverse settings, prepare, cook and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards, keeping your station spotless and well stocked.

Contract Type: Flexible, Temporary with opportunity for ongoing work.

Key Benefits: Competitive Hourly rates with weekly pay £16-£19 per hour dependant on client and experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie with at least one year's experience in the UK.
  • Full Uniform: Chef’s whites, own knives, kitchen safety shoes.
  • Level 2 Food Safety and Allergen Awareness certificates (must-have, if you do not hold we can provide free training to receive this).
  • The ability to follow instructions and always remain professional.
  • A strong work ethic, with the ability to keep busy.
  • The ability to work in high-volume kitchens that are demanding and fast paced.
  • Must be available for core hours 07:00-16:30 Monday to Friday.
