We are currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic bartenders and bar support staff to work across prestigious venues in Central London.

Positions Available:

  • Bartenders (all levels, including cocktail and fine dining experience)
  • Barbacks / Bar Support Staff
  • Mixologists
  • Hospitality Professionals with bar experience in contract catering or events

Pay: £12.71 – £14.80 per hour + accurate holiday pay (Pay rate may vary depending on experience and client)

Requirements:

  • Fully uniformed: black shirt/white shirt, black trousers, black smart shoes (tie may be required depending on venue)
  • Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar operations
  • Level 2 Food Safety & Allergens certificates preferred
  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Right to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
  • Deliver fast, efficient, and high‑quality bar service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
  • Manage multiple drink orders in high‑volume environments
  • Handle cash/card payments accurately (where required)
  • Restock and monitor bar inventory throughout service
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with licensing laws
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Assist with bar setup and breakdown for events
