We are seeking a relationship-driven insurance professional to act as a trusted adviser to high‑net‑worth clients. In this role you will provide exceptional service and support the team in achieving income targets.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke private client support by offering tailored advice and exceptional service to high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Manage renewals and mid‑term adjustments for existing clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Complete market presentations and obtain new business quotations, directly for new clients or on behalf of Account Executives, within necessary timescales.
  • Ensure all policy administration is handled professionally and timely, including the collection of client money.
  • Provide proactive, holistic private client advice; complete detailed client reviews, identify gaps in cover, recommend tailored solutions and introduce additional products where relevant.
  • Build rapport with clients and insurance partners to establish strong and enduring relationships.
  • Deliver holistic, advice-based reviews and recommendations to clients.
  • Be tenacious, resourceful and motivated to secure the best outcome for clients while achieving performance targets.
  • Apply good organisation and time‑management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Work in a regulated, compliant and client‑focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within the insurance industry, ideally handling high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance, held or willingness to work towards.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and manage relationships with clients and partners.
  • Motivation to achieve performance targets.
