Benefact Group is looking for a Receptionist to join our head office in Gloucester. The role holder will provide an efficient and effective Reception and Front of House service to the business and customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Well‑presented front‑of‑house Receptionist to meet and greet visitors and colleagues.
  • Liaise with Physical Security to ensure all visitors and contractors are booked in.
  • Manage external and internal Switchboard calls in a timely manner.
  • Handle daily corporate voicemail management.
  • Process direct Reception desk phone calls (non‑switchboard).
  • Oversee Reception, Corporate and Premises Management inboxes.
  • Use the Front of House system for room and visitor booking (Resource Central) and desk booking (Cloudbooking).
  • Administer visitor and colleague parking management, including electric charging points and car park barrier control.
  • Manage LANDesk requests and action them within agreed timescales (e.g., taxi bookings, starters and leavers).
  • Complete ad‑hoc tasks such as meeting room checks, set‑up requests and catering requests.
  • Handle locker keys management and distribution.
  • Cover activities for the wider Premises Management teams, including Mail Room, Document Management and Helpdesk as required.
  • Run monthly statistics on room bookings, desk booking and switchboard calls.
  • Manage lost property and room booking systems.

Qualifications & Traits

Highly organised, efficient and proactive. Able to take on and own tasks and solve problems independently. Confident in communicating at all levels, including Board members and VIP visitors. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel at an intermediate level, and able to adapt quickly to in‑house systems.
