The Ben Kinsella Trust is seeking a Head of Operations to provide strategic leadership across governance, finance, HR and IT, ensuring efficient, compliant operations and scalable infrastructure to support growth.
You will lead development of systems and processes, balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery, and work with the CEO, trustees and partners to maximise impact and deliver education and campaigns aimed at preventing knife crime.
