We are looking for an organised and people-focused Administrator to support day-to-day office operations and assist with recruitment administration across the business. This role is ideal for someone from a customer service or office administration background who enjoys communicating with people, coordinating activity, and keeping systems and records accurate.
Alongside general administrative duties, you will support the Recruitment Manager with coordination, candidate communication and compliance tasks, helping to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a first point of contact for candidates, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Provide administrative support across the business.
- Assist with recruitment administration, including candidate communication and interview coordination.
- Post job adverts and manage responses.
- Contact applicants to confirm interest, availability and next steps.
- Schedule interviews and send confirmations and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records on internal systems and trackers.
- Support pre-employment checks (right-to-work documents, references, CSCS cards).
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Ensure all data is handled in line with GDPR requirements.
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Comfortable speaking to people by phone and email.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good IT skills and confidence using systems and Microsoft Office.
