ABOUT THE ROLE Our F&B Supervisor works closely with the General Manager and wider operations team. Leading, motivating and developing our front of house team, sharing your passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming, high-performing environment. Partner with the General Manager and operational teams to support the smooth running of the pub. Lead, coach and develop a talented front of house team, bringing out the best in those around you.
