This role is central to shaping and delivering the Foundation’s digital learning offer. As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will play a key role in building partnerships across the sector, supporting engagement with practitioners, and helping to extend the reach and impact of the Foundation’s work. You will work closely with senior colleagues, programme teams, and external partners to translate organisational strategy into practical, scalable digital solutions. The role combines hands-on platform management with strategic input into the design and delivery of digital learning. You will lead improvements in user experience and accessibility, coordinate the development of high-quality learning resources, and use data, feedback and emerging tools such as AI where appropriate to drive continuous improvement.

- Translating organisational strategy into scalable digital solutions by working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with organisational priorities and long-term goals.
- Building and leveraging strategic partnerships to accelerate delivery, enhance capability, and enable the successful implementation of scalable digital solutions.
- Leading on the continuous improvement of Moodle and other digital learning platforms.

Experience:
- Experience of managing and developing digital learning platforms (e.g. Moodle) in an education context.
- Experience of creating digital learning content and resources, including multimedia.
- Strong understanding of user experience, accessibility, and inclusive design.
- Ability to coordinate work across teams and influence without line management authority.
- Experience of using data and feedback to improve digital learning environments and/or resources.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Experience of building and managing external relationships to support the reach, use, and impact of digital resources or programmes.
- Understanding of the education system in England.
- Understanding of EAL or ESOL provision (desirable).
- Experience working in the education or charity sector (desirable).
- Familiarity with video production and editing tools e.g. Canva, Adobe Premiere or Adobe Express (desirable).
- Experience of using AI tools to support content creation or digital learning design (desirable).
