As a Centre Manager, you will:

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the centre according to established standards and objectives.
  • Manage the course budget and finances.
  • Work collaboratively with the host school, sales team, parents and agents to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure an excellent overall experience for students.
  • Oversee the supervision, support and discipline of students, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Induct and provide leadership to all course staff, establishing a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Be on call and respond to emergencies as they arise, demonstrating quick thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Ensure the well-being and safeguarding of students is prioritised at all times.

We are especially interested in hearing from candidates with expertise in any of the following areas:

  • Previous management or leadership experience in an academic and/or residential environment
  • Pastoral or welfare experience
  • Safeguarding knowledge and experience
