The Brabazon Bar is the heart of our resort, serving light dishes and coffees during the morning, afternoon tea, and hand-crafted cocktails in the evening. The bar is home to live music during the weekend.
The on target earning potential for this role is £13.41 per hour, comprising a base hourly rate of £12.71 plus a qualified estimate of £0.70 gratuities per hour. The above rates include additional pay for late night hours, between 12am – 6am.
About the role
- Successful candidates will be required to work weekends, and the shifts will be from 11pm – 7:30am.
- Your duties include all those of a bartender and room service attendant.
- To welcome all guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- To deliver a great experience from beginning to end.
- To confidently talk about our menus, offer upsells and enthusiastically take orders from our guests.
- To proactively ensure that all their needs are met.
- To take orders and payments at rooms across the resort.
- Cleaning and good hygiene practices are a large part of this role.
About you
- Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant would be preferred, but you don’t need experience to start your career with us at The Belfry Hotel and Resort.
