About the role This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all members and guests using the swimming pool and surrounding leisure facilities.

The Lifeguard will maintain constant supervision, respond swiftly to emergencies, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in line with company standards and health & safety legislation.

It is essential that you hold a current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
