The Leisure team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort look after the perfect place to keep fit and stay active with some of the best fitness equipment and facilities in the area. Our expert team are always on hand to welcome our guests and provide fitness advice, personal training sessions and fitness classes.

The on target earning potential for this role is £12.80 hourly rate, compromising of a base hourly rate of £12.21 plus a qualified estimate of £0.59 gratuities per hour.

As a Leisure Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Checking people into the gym, managing across several systems
  • Stock ordering
  • Working with the management team to resolve any issues
  • Handing out robes, towels and slippers for our famous Fire & Ice experience
  • Looking after lost property
  • Liaising with the membership team to support the signing up of new members

Previous experience in a leisure environment is not required, however some customer service experience and having worked in a fast paced environment would be useful. We are always looking for someone who:
