The Golf Academy The Driving Range at the PGA National Golf Academy England is a cutting-edge golf destination where technology and passion for the game come together. Featuring a 35-bay Toptracer range and five high-tech studios equipped with the latest club-fitting and coaching technology, it delivers a truly world-class experience for golfers of all abilities. With over 6 million golf balls hit every year, the range buzzes with energy and activity. Salary
The salary for this role is £12.71 per hour, plus tips.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service at the Golf Academy desk, handling bookings, payments, and enquiries
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the driving range, including opening/closing procedures
- Operate and maintain ball collection equipment to keep full stock available
- Promote academy services and upsell to maximise revenue
- Follow all procedures, health & safety guidelines, and complete required checklists
- Maintain high standards of appearance, punctuality, and equipment care
- Support the wider team with additional tasks as needed
About you:
You will be a well-rounded team player, with a can-do attitude and eye on the commercials. You will also have the following:
- A good working knowledge of golf equipment
- Strong analytical skills to assess swing dynamics and equipment needs
