Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service at the Golf Academy desk, handling bookings, payments, and enquiries
  • Ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of the driving range, including opening/closing procedures
  • Operate and maintain ball collection equipment to keep full stock available
  • Promote academy services and upsell to maximise revenue
  • Follow all procedures, health & safety guidelines, and complete required checklists
  • Maintain high standards of appearance, punctuality, and equipment care
  • Support the wider team with additional tasks as needed
About you

You will be a well‑rounded team player, with a can‑do attitude and eye on the commercials. You will also have the following:
