The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie for the Ryder Restaurant kitchen to focus on the À la Carte menu. You will have five and a half hours of preparation time Monday to Saturday, working from specification sheets to get all food items ready to serve.
Set up and preparation of menu items for your section, with numbers based on hotel occupancy, and you may take ownership of the kitchen in the absence of management.
