About the Role

This position is a food and beverage assistant located at Sam’s Bar & Kitchen. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests with a polite and friendly manner
  • Delivering a great experience from beginning to end
  • Communicating confidently about menus and offering upsells enthusiastically
  • Taking orders and proactively ensuring all guest needs are met
  • Maintaining high standards of cleaning and hygiene practices
  • Working across all areas within Sam’s and the driving range
  • Providing assistance across any outlets in need to ensure the smooth running of the resort as a whole
