About the role
As a Food and Beverage Assistant for The Ryder Grill/Ryder Restaurant evening team, you will deliver a great experience for guests across all resort outlets. Salary: £12.71 per hour, plus tips. This role requires late nights during the week and weekend working.
Responsibilities
- Act as a waiter, performing all duties associated with that role.
- Welcome all guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Deliver a great experience from beginning to end.
- Confidently discuss menus with guests.
- Take orders from guests and proactively ensure all their needs are met.
- Adhere to cleaning and good hygiene practices.
- Assist across any outlets that need support to ensure the smooth running of the resort.
About you
Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant is preferred, though not required – we provide training and support. Ideal candidates are passionate about delivering fantastic service to guests and possess:
