About the role

As a People Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our people strategy, ensuring a positive and engaging workplace culture.

You'll provide guidance on employee relations, learning and development, and engagement initiatives while delivering a seamless and supportive experience for our teams.

Partnering with The People Manager, you’ll help drive key HR functions, from delivering training sessions to supporting wellbeing, recognition, and compliance.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Support with employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, and welfare support.
  • Support learning & development initiatives, including inductions and training coordination.
  • Drive engagement through reward, recognition, and wellbeing programs.
  • Write & deliver HR communications, including team updates and internal announcements.
  • Oversee key HR admin tasks such as contracts and reporting.
  • Coordinate recruitment support, work experience, and community initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Organise staff events, long-service awards, and appreciation activities.
  • Support engagement and values strategies through events and campaigns.
  • Act as a key point of contact for HR queries, ensuring a positive employee experience.
