The Night Bar Cleaning Assistant will have the full responsibility of closing down and preparing the bar area for service. We can offer flexibility on hours, but Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings tend to be our busiest and so most week’s rotas will include these. The overnight hours will be 11 pm - 07.30 am.
You will be responsible for:
- Greeting guests in a warm, welcoming and friendly manner
- Cleaning & setting up the bar so the team can provide excellent customer service
- Deep cleaning the bar and identifying different tasks needing the most attention each night
- Handing over any H&S concerns that you may find when working throughout your shift
- Maintaining a clean backroom
The ideal candidate will have bar or cleaning experience but not essential and will possess excellent communication and presentation skills. In addition, you will be:
- Warm and friendly
- Willing and able to work overnight shifts
- Able to work on own initiative
The hourly rate is £12.71, plus service charge.
