The on-target earning potential for this role is £12.80 per hour, comprising of a base hourly rate of £12.21 plus a qualified estimate of £0.59 gratuities per hour.

About the role

This role is on a zero-hours contract but will be for three to four nights a week and the possibility to pick up extra hours to cover holidays. You will be working overnight shifts, from 10 pm until 6:30 am.

As a Receptionist for The Belfry Hotel & Resort you will make it your number one priority to deliver an outstanding, lasting impression to all guests arriving and leaving the resort. No task is too big or small when it comes to our guests’ needs.

As a Receptionist it will be your role to:

  • Ensure the efficient running of reception on a daily basis
  • Register guests into the hotel and check them out, deposit valuables into
  • Issue guests keys ensuring that the hotel policy is adhered to
  • Provide excellent guest service, resolving problems when they arise and identifying opportunities to make guests’ experiences memorable and enjoyable

About you

Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional experiences to each and every guest. Experience working in a hotel would be preferred but is not necessary. Experience working with Opera is preferred but not essential.
