The base annual rate for this role is £27,064.70 per annum, plus service charge.
The Meeting & Events Team
The Meeting & Events Team delivers conferences, banquets and events of every scale across the resort’s extensive event spaces. Working closely with sales, planning and operational teams, the department ensures that every event is executed seamlessly, with exceptional food and beverage service at its core. The team thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, teamwork and guest focus are essential to success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team during conferences, banquets and events.
- Support delivery of high service standards.
- Act as a role model for professionalism and guest service.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
- Support supervisors and managers during busy periods.
- Handle guest queries and feedback professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality.
- Confidence supporting and guiding others on shift.
- Strong communication skills.
- Guest focused and service driven.
- Remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
