We are writing a new and exciting chapter in the history of The Belfry. A major expansion and renovation project has begun at our resort, due for completion in Autumn 2025. With a substantial investment in excess of £80 million, we are enriching our resort including the addition of a new event space, The Masters Suite, 149 extra bedrooms, a state-of-the-art leisure club, and much more.

The Belfry Meetings and Events

At The Belfry we have beautiful event spaces. Our comprehensive and stylish meeting facilities comprise of 24 conference and banqueting rooms and can cater for a variety of events from board meetings to a full-scale conference or a product launch. The resort also caters for more leisure based events such as weddings, christenings and birthday celebrations.

The on-target earning potential for this role is £32,038.40 annual salary, compromising of a base salary of £29,675.00 plus a qualified estimate of £2,363.40 gratuities per annum

About the role

As the night set-up supervisor, you will be responsible for the setup of meetings and events for the upcoming days.

You will also be responsible for:

· Assisting the Management team in supplying excellent customer care and service

· To ensure Conference rooms are set to hotel standard

· Ensure all BEO set up details are understood and clarified when required

· Maintain health and safety standards within set-up team

· Occasionally conduct organiser meet and greets

About you

The ideal candidate will be driven to deliver exceptional customer service in a stunning environment and be an inspirational leader who develops your team and fosters excitement for our food and drinks offering.

In addition, you will be:

· Standards-driven, with a fantastic eye for detail

· Problem-solver, experienced in taking the initiative and achieving seamless services

· Able to develop strong relationships with your guests, team, and colleagues

· Experience managing a team

· Used to working nights into morning
