The Belfry Hotel & Resort is an award‑winning destination with extensive meeting, event and leisure facilities. We are looking for a Night Set Up Assistant to support our busy meetings and events operation by setting up function rooms for the following day.
Responsibilities
- Set up meeting rooms and event spaces according to detailed function sheets
- Reset and reconfigure rooms between events where required
- Work closely with the Meetings & Events and Operations teams
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and safety within event spaces and storage areas
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- High standards of presentation and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and function sheets carefully
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
