Meeting & Events Night Set Up Assistant – Sutton Coldfield, We have full time and zero hour contracts available for this role.
This role is to support the Meetings and Events team with ensuring all rooms are setup for conferences and dinner to the departmental standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring event rooms are setup to hotel standard and as per the event sheets
Ensuring all setup details on function sheets/ BEO are carried out and questioned if required
Ensuring conference rooms that are not in use are fully cleaned down and presentable for show rounds
Ensuring all storerooms are kept clean and tidy at all times
Ensuring all back of house areas including kitchens and Still areas are cleared and cleaned for the end of the shift
Following company H&S procedures while setting rooms and moving furniture
Working hours range from 6pm at night to 5am in the morning Monday to Sunday

The Belfry Meetings and Events:
The Meeting & Events department boasts 24 stylish event spaces capable of hosting gatherings of all sizes, from board meetings to large weddings and corporate events. With over 120 team members, we serve up to 800 guests simultaneously. Our experienced team ensures seamless and successful events, from celebrity golf days to themed BBQs, creating memorable experiences for all attendees., We inspire and develop our team through on-the-job coaching & mentoring, in-house training and provide access to our online learning platform, The Belfry Campus. Salary
The on target earning potential for this role is 27,248.00, compromising of a base rate of 25,396.80 plus a qualified estimate of 1,851.20 gratuities per annum.
