As a Supervisor in the housekeeping team, you will be required to assist the Housekeeping Management with, but not limited to, leading a morning or afternoon shift from the floor, briefing and directing the team. You will also be responsible for the following:
- Hands on approach to housekeeping - demonstrating, training, leading
- People management - persuasive, inspiring and determined. Helping all team members achieve their full potential in their role
- Monitoring and managing the Q - ensuring room readiness
- Monitoring HSK back of house areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness at all times
- Stock control and organisation across the blocks
- Standards testing of the housekeeping line staff and regular quality checks of all areas
- Assist with training of new and existing staff
- Attend and lead departmental briefings
- Communicate and work with other departments in the hotel
- Actioning guest feedback (ReviewPro etc)

Compensation
The on-target earning potential for this role is a £28,627.88 annual salary, comprising a base salary of £27,130.28 supplemented by an estimated £1,497.60 in gratuities per annum.
