As a supervisor in the housekeeping team, you will be required to assist the Housekeeping Management with, but not limited to, leading an AM or PM shift from the floor, briefing and directing the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead AM or PM shifts from the floor, briefing and directing the housekeeping team.
- Maintain the highest cleaning standards for rooms and public spaces as required by the business.
- Demonstrate, train and lead housekeeping staff with a hands‑on approach.
- Persuade, inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
- Monitor and manage the quality score system to ensure room readiness.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of HSK back‑of‑house areas at all times.
