Set within the busy Spa, as a Spa Host, you will deal with all spa bookings and arriving/departing guests. Your role will include:
- Identifying opportunities to recommend treatments
- Recording accurate details and requirements of bookings
- Answering telephone queries
- Providing guidance and assistance with retail products
The shifts for this role will be a mixture of early shifts, late shifts and weekend working.

- Experience in a busy spa environment or hotel reception is advantageous but not essential
- Pool responder or pool plant knowledge would be advantageous

The on-target earning potential for this role is 26,353.60 per year, comprising a base annual rate of 25,396.80 plus an estimated 956.80 in gratuities per annum.
