Overview
This role is contracted at 40 hours per week across 5 days, with overnight shifts from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am.
As a Receptionist at The Belfry Hotel & Resort, you will deliver an outstanding, lasting impression to guests arriving and departing the resort and support guests’ needs throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient running of reception on a daily basis.
- Register guests into the hotel and check them out; deposit valuables into a secure safe.
- Issue guests keys and ensure hotel policy is adhered to.
- Provide excellent guest service, resolve problems as they arise, and identify opportunities to enhance guests\' experiences.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional experiences to each guest.
- Experience working in a hotel is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with Opera is preferred but not required.
