This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all members and guests using the swimming pool and surrounding leisure facilities. The Lifeguard will maintain constant supervision, respond swiftly to emergencies, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in line with company standards and health & safety legislation. It is essential that you hold a current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).

Salary
The on target earning potential for this role is 13.08, comprising a base salary of 12.62 per hour plus a qualified estimate of 0.46 gratuities.
