The resort houses three exceptional golf courses, including the legendary Brabazon, and has recently undergone a major expansion and renovation with an investment of over £80 million, adding the Masters Suite, a new event space, and a state‑of‑the‑art leisure club.
This position is a food and beverage assistant located at Sam’s Bar & Kitchen. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with a polite and friendly manner
- Delivering a great experience from beginning to end
- Communicating confidently about menus and offering upsells enthusiastically
- Taking orders and proactively ensuring all guest needs are met
- Maintaining high standards of cleaning and hygiene practices
- Working across all areas within Sam’s and the driving range
- Providing assistance across any outlets in need to ensure the smooth running of the resort as a whole
