About the role: As a Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will be a key link between our clients and the operational teams across the resort. You will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of meetings and events, ensuring every detail is managed accurately and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating meetings and events from confirmation through to delivery
- Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and ensure expectations are met
- Preparing function sheets and event documentation accurately and on time
- Conducting site visits and supporting show rounds where required
About you:
- Have previous experience in meetings, events, hospitality or a customer‑focused environment
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Communicate confidently and professionally with clients and internal teams
