The Meeting & Events Team delivers conferences, banquets and events of every scale across the resort’s extensive event spaces. Working closely with sales, planning and operational teams, the department ensures that every event is executed seamlessly, with exceptional food and beverage service at its core. The team thrives in a fast‑paced environment where attention to detail, teamwork and guest focus are essential to success.

Food & Beverage Team Leader Responsibilities

  • Leading the team during conferences, banquets and events
  • Supporting the delivery of high service standards
  • Acting as a role model for professionalism and guest service
  • Assisting with training and onboarding of new team members
  • Supporting supervisors and managers during busy periods
  • Handling guest queries and feedback professionally

Qualifications

  • Have previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality
  • Be confident supporting and guiding others on shift

Salaries

The base annual rate for this role is £27,064.70 per annum, plus service charge.
