About the role
This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and well‐being of all members and guests using the swimming pool and surrounding leisure facilities. The Lifeguard will maintain constant supervision, respond swiftly to emergencies, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in line with company standards and health & safety legislation. It is essential that you hold a current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
